Why don't you charge a flat fee?
We don't like flat fees for a couple of reasons:
  1. Flat fees provide an incentive for technicians to rush through work and this creates sloppiness.
  2. Typically with flat fees customers are either over charged or undercharged for a service.  We believe in fair billing and want customers to get every dollars worth when they work with us. 

Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is 100% guaranteed.  We provide a six month warranty on all the work we do.  If you have any problems with a computer we fixed, bring it back in and we will take care of it.
