you offer contract services?
Yes, we have two different levels of contract
services:
- No Worries
Contract. This contract service is
designed for companies that want all the
benefits that come with a full time IT guy
without the expense of a full time employee.
Our No Worries clients have unlimited access to
telephone, remote, and onsite services as well
as a long list of other benefits such as 24x7
server/network monitoring, premium spam
filtering, offsite data storage, Antivirus and
Antispyware software. The No Worries
contract saves companies thousands of dollars by
allowing them to outsource their IT department
while at the same time getting infinitely better

- Network
Essentials Contract. The Network
Essentials contract provides 24x7 server/network
monitoring, server backup checks, and server
patch installations. The NE contract also
provides 15% discounts on all our rates as well
as priority scheduling. We recommend this
contract service to any company that wants their
server to be up all the time and never lose
data.

How much do your
contract services cost?
The two contracts listed above have prices that are driven
by the number of computers on your network and the
complexity of your network. For a consultation, fill
out the form located here. Our rates are not cheap,
but in the service industry you get what you pay for.
We hire the best technicians and have a rock solid system
for taking care of our clients. We can't guarantee
excellence if we don't charge for it.
Are customers
required to be on contract?
No, contracts are
not required to work with QCS. However, we highly
encourage all clients who have at least one dedicated server
to use our contract services. This allows us to keep
an eye on the server 24 x 7, check the backups weekly, and
install server updates when they come out. Our
contract services are in the best interest of our clients
and without them we can't guarantee your IT system will run
flawlessly.
Are
you technicians certified?
Our technicians are
certified experts in their industry. We have
technicians on staff who have A+, Network +, MCP, and MCSE
certifications. We also have many staff members with a
bachelors degree and higher.
What is your
response time?
Our clients enjoy same day and many times same hour service.
We have a fully staffed office and help desk so we have the
resources to take care of our clients when they need help.
Are you a
computer repair business or an IT services business?
We do both. We started out as a computer repair
business and gradually started offering IT services as well.
Right now we have two divisions. One division handles
desktop repair and workgroup networking. The other
division manages business networks.
