Example of what
is covered: a customer had spyware removed by
the CompUSA service center in July 2007. The
computer is now infected. This IS covered
under the Quick Computer Services warranty extension
program.
Example of what is covered: a customer had a
hard drive replaced by CompUSA in August 2007 and
now the computer won't boot up. It is
determined by Quick that the new hard drive is bad
also. The labor to install the hard drive and
reinstall windows is covered by the warranty.
The price of the hard drive hardware is NOT covered
under the Quick extended warranty.
Example of what
is NOT covered: a customer had a hard drive
replaced by CompUSA. Now the computer is
infected with a virus. This is not covered
because Virus removal was not paid for or needed by
the customer. |
